Executive Protection Certification Prerequisites


Estimated time to complete: The EP course will take 1 week to complete. You will have 3 days of classroom work then
4 days at our Ohio advanced training camp.

Prerequisite: High School Diploma or GED, Medical Clearance
& Federal Background Check - NO FELONIES

Prior Military, Police, Security, Combat Sport preferred but not 100% necessary. You must be in good physical condition.

* 1500 rounds of ammunition (you can purchase here)
* 2-3 Magazines
* Side /Shoulder Holster
* Semi-Automatic Pistol ( 2 pistols is better in case of breakage )
* Ball Cap

* Hydration system or bottles
* Boots

* Photo Identification - Either a state drivers license or a passport
* Written medical release form signed by your physician Doctors
* Exercise clothing fit for hand to hand combat and tennis shoes
* Everyday clothing for classroom activities
* ONE dark colored suit, tie and black shoes - be well groomed

What airport should I fly into and do I need to rent a car?

 

If you want us to pick you up then fly into the Canton Akron
Airport (CAK). The next closest airport is Cleveland Ohio
(CLE). If you want to fly into Cleveland Ohio then you will
need to rent a vehicle and drive to Canton Ohio - 40 minute
drive.
You do NOT need to rent a car if you don't want to .
We will provide transportation if you fly into Canton Ohio
.

 

We will give you detailed directions to our facilities if you
chooseto have a vehicle while you're here, but its not
necessary we will pick you up everyday from the hotel.

 

What should I expect to pay for a hotel?

 

You will be at our training camp for 6.5 days. There are plenty of hotels in our area for you to choose from. We do have deals with a few local hotels. Call us if you would like us to find a hotel that meets your budget.
